Cancellation Policy
Before initiating the cancellation request, we are happy to answer any product related questions you may have.
You can place the cancellation request by going to Order History in My Account section of laharijewellery website and selecting the orders you wish to cancel.
Also, you can cancel the order by sending your consent from your registered email-id to ———@gmail.com
Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.
Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
If you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
laharijewellery at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel an order at any particular point of time. This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
This cancellation policy is not applicable for Customized ornaments/Gold Coin/Gold Bar/Silver Coin/Silver Bar, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and digital gift vouchers.
Exchange Policy
Easy exchange:
1. This easy exchange policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 9 days.
2.This facility can be available by returning the product through www.laharijewellery.in or by returning the product with in 9 days from the date of delivery
3. Please return your items in their original packaging with its original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500 up to 1000.
4. If the product is exchanged within 9 days of purchase, the customers will get 100 % of the invoice value.
5. This policy is not applicable for the products such as gold coin, gold bar, silver coin, silver bar, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift vouchers, customized ornaments, gold nose pins and loose gemstones.
6. We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your actual purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while exchange.
7.Follow the instructions provided here(link) to return the product to us.
8. Once the returned product is received by laharijewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your exchange will be processed within 3-7 working days and you will get a notification on this regard.

2. Returned products will be valued according to the prevailing gold/silver/diamond rates published in the store/website.
3. When returning products through www.laharijewellery.in the exchange value is calculated using the rates published on the website at the time of receiving the product at our warehouse.
4. When returning products through www.laharijewellery.in, the exchange value is calculated using the prevailing gold/silver/diamondates at the store.
5. For returned products, the exchange value will be determined by their weight, and making charges/GST will not be refunded.
